Microsoft and Google were joined by LinkedIn, GitHub, and Trend Micro in a supporting an appeal of a lawsuit against spyware maker NSO Group that was tossed by a U.S. judge who said that, as a Salvadoran citizen, the plaintiff's case had no standing in a U.S. court.
