Got a neighbor that is looking for a long gone relative, figured I would post something here. I got permissions to contact the MP if we can but I'll give a quick BG. 

Summer Dawn Jeney is the niece to my wonderful neighbors, they are her aunts and their sister child. Their sister has like some really bad psychological issues and just cannot deal with her disappearance in a manner worthy of note(No DNA Swap for Jane Doe ID). They are all elderly adults. 
Summer was last heard from prior to 2014. All they know is she went to San Francisco and was seen in the Tenderlion. It is unknown whether or not the MP even wants to be found. Her location was found due to a sidewalk(presumed loitering I cannot find this record yet) ticket issued to her by SFPD. She is once married/divorced, her married name is Justensen. Here is the issue I am having with this investigation: that man remarried to another Summer so all reports online show two Summer Justensen's.

I suspect a snipe hunt, homelessness/ drug usage/ possible death, but moving the timeline or any clues would help put these great people to some ease.
